Welcome to Garbage Grabbers Valet Trash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Garbage Grabbers Valet Trash provides residential and commercial valet trash pickup services. By scheduling or purchasing our service, you agree to the scope, frequency, and pricing provided at the time of booking or through your service agreement.

• You are responsible for ensuring that trash is placed in the designated pickup area according to the schedule provided.
   
• We are not responsible for missed pickups due to improper placement, blocked access, or failure to follow service instructions.
   

• All services must be prepaid or billed according to your agreement.
   
• Payment must be made via accepted payment methods outlined on our website or invoice.
   
• Late or failed payments may result in suspended or terminated service.
   

No refunds will be provided if valet services have been performed or on the day of scheduled service.
To be eligible for a refund, a written request must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. Refund requests can be submitted to Info@GarbageGrabbers.app

We reserve the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You agree to:

• Place trash in approved containers or bags provided or approved by us.
   
• Avoid placing hazardous, oversized, or prohibited items for pickup.
   
• Keep pickup areas clear and accessible.
   

Failure to follow these rules may result in service delays, additional fees, or cancellation of service.

We reserve the right to cancel or delay service due to weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any disruptions and reschedule service as needed.

We may suspend or terminate your service without notice for:

• Repeated service violations
   
• Nonpayment
   
• Unsafe conditions for our staff
   
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff
   

You may cancel service by providing written notice in accordance with your service agreement.

Garbage Grabbers Valet Trash is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from failure to follow service instructions
   
• Loss or damage to containers or trash due to weather or wildlife
   
• Indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service
   

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
